Privacy policy
The short version: your data exists to fill your applications, and for nothing else.
What we store
Your account, profile, resumes, application history, and saved answers — the data you add so SwiftApply can fill applications for you. Extension tokens are stored only as hashes.
AI processing
Resume text, job descriptions, and screener questions are sent to our AI provider to generate parses, tailored content, and answers. Sensitive demographic fields are never sent for generation.
What we don't do
No selling data, no ad tracking, no submitting applications without your action. The extension only reads pages you invoke it on.
Deletion
Delete resumes and applications any time in the app. For full account deletion, email [email protected].
